Hafermann Counseling Collaborative was established with a clear vision: to create a culture of safety and trust among colleagues that reflects the secure environment we strive to provide for those we serve. Through my experience with various organizations, I recognized significant gaps in the vital areas that foster trust and safety. In response, I chose to build a culture that prioritizes these essential qualities, knowing they are crucial for our success.
