I feel lucky to have Janelle Hafermann as my therapist. In the nearly two years I've been seeing her, she has helped me to question my negative thought patterns, make connections between my history and current behaviors, and free myself from needless shame. I trust and appreciate her so much that I have brought my older son to her to help with his emotional regulation, knowing his first experience in therapy would be good and beneficial.
